Farmgirl Foods

Farmgirl Foods specializes in bringing healthy, unique food products and kitchen accessories to downtown Castle Rock. From locally made small-batch spices, butters and sauces, as well as meat, cheese and produce, in addition to delicious family-produced European specialties, we can make your time in the kitchen both fun and entertaining.

We offer quality ingredients to inspire you to go home and cook, paired with fun kitchen accessories and cookbooks, to make cooking (and gift-giving!) easy and entertaining.

Farmgirl Foods was born out of my love for real food, and my passion for showing you how easy it is to make, and eat, amazing stuff. Let’s make something amazing together!

Caprese Kabobs – Fresh cherry or grape tomatoes, mozzarella and basil, placed on a skewer, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper (V, GF)

Caprese Salad – Layers of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil; drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper (V, GF)

Antipasto Display – Selection of cured meat, cheese, olives and dried fruit with artisan crackers and bread (V)

Delhi Blues – Blue cheese, walnuts and chutney on shortbread (V)

Belgian Endive and Gorgonzola – Gorgonzola cheese mousse, grapes and walnuts served on Belgian endive (V, GF)

Fresh Potato Chips – Crisp, homemade potato chips with a touch of sea salt; served with a cream cheese and dill dip (V, GF)

Spring Risotto – Arborio rice, leeks, asparagus, pea shoots and Parmesan cheese with a hint of lemon & truffles (V, GF)

Roasted Pepper & Goat Cheese Sandwiches – Creamy goat cheese, layered with roasted peppers and red onions on crispy ciabatta bread – add chicken

Watermelon Gazpacho – A spicy mix of watermelon, cucumbers, tomatoes and chili, served chilled with a dollop of feta cheese (V)
