Lante Bräu-Casa

Lante Bräu-Casa is a locally-owned food business.  We have lived in Castle Rock for over 22 years and have raised our family here.  All three of our kids attended and graduated from Castle Rock schools and we love to support these schools and the community.  We are thankful to this community for supporting us and helping us build our business from serving food in a tent, to a food trailer and now to opening with Ecclesia!  We are a mix of German and Spanish descent and the food we serve reflects that. We look forward to sharing our food and our family with all of you and getting to know your families!
