Romancing the Dark Halloween author event at Ecclesia Market in Castle Rock, October 18, featuring romance authors and local vendors

Sunday, October 18 · 4–7 PM · Ecclesia Market + Sinners & Saints · Hosted by Sudden Fiction Books in Castle Rock.

The season has come for all things witchy, dark, and paranormal. Sudden Fiction’s Romancing the Rockies returns with a Halloween edition (styled “Romancing the Dark” on the poster) featuring authors who match the fall vibes: paranormal, cozy, witchy, and more. Meet Kayleigh King, Shaylin Gandhi, Jillian Rink, Dana LeeAnn, Emberly Wyndham, A.L. Rook, and Melissa Raylene. Shop flash tattoos by Sleepy Poppy Tattoos, Heretic Owl tarot readings, palm readings, Castle Rock Cakesicles, and Nerdy & Noted annotation kits, with themed cocktails at Sinners & Saints. Collect a charm from each author to build your own souvenir, and add on a custom event tote or candle when you buy tickets. The Ecclesia food hall stays open late.
