Keeping it authentic
Our humble beginnings started in the Spring of 2018. Our son, Austin, had a big dream of starting a food truck in the Castle Rock, Colorado area. This has been a great opportunity to meet residents from our community, as well as serve them great, authentic Mexican food. The name Romo’s Street Tacos was established, and we now gladly serve the community of Castle Rock delicious and authentic Mexican food right here in Ecclesia Market, as well as from our food truck!
